This first step is all about getting you out of pain safely and efficiently. Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, chronic discomfort, or nagging tightness, we use a combination of hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like dry needling or cupping to provide relief.

Once we get the pain managed we dive deeper into improving joint mobility, stability, and muscular strength so your body can move efficiently and confidently again. This includes targeted mobility work to restore proper range of motion, strengthening exercises tailored to your sport or daily activities, and corrective movement patterns to retrain how you move.
